My guess is that this is either French or Italian (Florentine). I adore the patina to this piece - that timeworn feel adds so much charm to it. It would add instant warmth to a space. I can imagine it perched on top of a chest of drawers or a dresser, with a candle or displaying some beautiful glassware. It's vintage and antiques at its best.Â
