If anyone knows the reason why cherubs are so difficult to come by, please message me and let me know. I am constantly on the look out for them, and have only every found three (this one included).This metal cherub may have been part of a wide decorative piece, perhaps on a light fitting... or a clock.. or upon a cloud.
Now, I'd style this little chap on top a little stack of books.
Dimensions: small little guy - 16cm
Pre-loved: age to the metal. Likely bronze. Area on his private area where the piece might have been attached to something else.
