A wonderful little addition to a child's room or nursery. Very rare but had been priced as such due to a few missing pieces described below. A delicate but charming little toy.

Pre-loved: missing 3 of the 4 plastic hub caps but it doesn't impact the functionality. Would have originally had a tin pram hood.
