A small vintage French slipware jug with a rich brown glaze and colourful bands of green, cream and mustard yellow around the shoulder.
Its decoration has the look of traditional Alsace pottery, with that slightly folk-art feel and wonderfully practical shape. Small enough to tuck onto a kitchen shelf or dresser, but still a lovely size for a few flowers or utensils.
